Journey of our Gold

Our Gold Production Journey

At COMICORDIA, we manage the full value chain of gold with absolute professionalism, transparency, and adherence to all DRC and international regulations. From artisanal sources to refined bullion, our process ensures integrity at every stage.

Progress-1 Progress-1

Extraction & Initial Processing

COMICORDIA works directly with licensed artisanal and small-scale miners across the DRC to source responsibly mined gold-bearing ore. This material is processed through controlled crushing and separation techniques to recover high-quality gold concentrate, always under strict compliance and traceability protocols.

Progress-2 Progress-2

Smelting & Refining

The concentrate is smelted into COMICORDIA gold doré bars, typically 95–98% purity. These doré bars are securely transported to accredited international refineries, where they are refined to 99.5–99.99% purity, meeting global export and bullion standards. Every batch is documented and verified through our Responsible Sourcing and AML framework.

Progress-3 Progress-3

Commercialisation & Global Sales

Refined COMICORDIA gold is introduced to the international market as fully certified bullion. We supply trusted global buyers, financial institutions, and jewellery and industrial clients who depend on consistent quality and fully compliant sourcing. Our export operations are supported by valid government licences, transparent documentation, and end-to-end traceability.
